/ Tim – Technical Director
Tim co-founded the company in 1999 and continues to successfullly develop Gibbers business potential. He manages the technical development of all programmes and is responsible for quality standards. He has worked extensively as an actor/facilitator since the mid 90’s working for companies such as Impact, Snap & Open Hand. As well as the logistics of running the company Tim continues to write and develop projects and keeps his hand in with the occasional programme delivery. / Vicky – Creative Director
Vicky manages the creative development of all products and is responsible for developing and managing client relationships. A trained actor, she worked professionally in TV, Film and Theatre for over 12 years and then went on to study Social Care Practice and Person Centred Counselling. She has exceptional communication skills, working closely with the client to ensure learning objectives are identified and communicated across the team creating a bespoke programme that is 100% focussed on delivering clear objectives and outcomes.
/ Lee – Script Writer & Musical Director
Lee is an experienced comedy writer and musician who has written successfully for both stage and television. Lee has the unique ability to get inside the heads of his target audience and tailor his work specifically to them. Lee is not only the composer of all of Gibber’s musical shows but has also had a creative input into many of our workshops and performances. His flair for comedy combined with his unquestionable musical talent would be an asset to any creative organisation and Gibber is proud to have him in the team.
/ Jayne – Workshop Development Consultant & Choreographer
Jayne trained at the acclaimed Bretton Hall College in Leeds. After completing her BA (Hons) in Performing Arts & Dance Theatre she worked throughout the North of England using dance techniques to build confidence and raise self esteem. Jayne’s passion and focussed commitment combined with her ability to inspire individuals and encourage creative participation adds value to the Gibber team.

/ Keith – Media Manager
Keith is a professional lighting camera person who has over 20 years experience working in both operation and direction within the television industry. His mentoring skills have proved to be a massive success with all client groups. Talented, creative and an effective communicator Keith’s technical expertise facilitate a creative expression of key messages communicated through contemporary technologies.
/ Donald – Equality & Diversity Consultant
Donald is the founder of Equal and Diverse and works alongside Gibber to devise and deliver our equality and diversity programmes. He is qualified to University degree level, holding three degrees, including a Phd on the themes of identity, occupational stress and burnout. His particular specialisms lie within the field of equality and diversity, most especially in disability, mental health and learning disability work and awareness raising, race, religion and spirituality, together with age discrimination.

/ James – Designer
James is the director of Warm Design Ltd. and is responsible for all of Gibber’s marketing, brand and set design. Warm work with companies from a broad range of market sectors delivering brand-led, strategic digital / traditional marketing and design solutions across media. Warm work closely with there clients to form durable relationships that deliver tangible results to businesses and organisations large and small.

/ Nancy – Team Leader
Nancy is a professional actor/ facilitator who is involved in the delivery of Gibber's schools projects. She has a great affinity with young people and works exceptionally well as part of a team. Nancy has excellent motivational skills and is responsible for the co-ordination of projects and supports freelance professionals in the work place to ensure delivery of identified learning objectives.

Over the past 13 years Gibber have secured an eviable reputation with some of the countries most talented and enthusiastic young actors who are based nationwide and have the relevant skills and experience to deliver projects at the high standard Gibber are renowned for.
Dynamic delivery teams are recruited during a full day process to ascertain their skills to work with the intended target group. Where possible Gibber employ actors who are local to the delivery area.
All of Gibber's programmes of work are delivered by a team of 3/4 credible and motivational, professional actor/facilitators who are trained to effectively engage and inspire the audience.
