Sexual, racial and other forms of personal harassment and bullying can seriously harm working and social conditions for both learners and staff. Any incidents of harassment will be regarded extremely seriously by Gibber. Breaches of our equality policy will be regarded as misconduct and could lead to disciplinary proceedings which may include exclusion or dismissal.
This policy is fully supported by the company directors and will be monitored and reviewed annually.
