A contract by the largest independent motor group in the North East of England, Benfield Motors. To launch their new vision statement and core values to their dealership managers in a team building event.
Solution
127 managers attend a full day event where Gibber facilitate an understanding of the vision. Looking at how the Vision has evolved, the rationale behind the core values and the difference they will make to the future of Benfield.
Using live scripted scenarios, interactive exercises and discussion. Gibber provide the film making expertise to facilitate a positive, fun, practical team building event. Thus enabling mangers to explore the core values in a constructive, creative environment. In addition, Gibber produce a short film to demonstrate their understanding of the impact it would have on the Benfield customer and the day to day running of their dealerships.
The event and film is followed by a drama based training solution to introduce the company’s new vision statement and core values to all staff across 30 car dealerships.
