Following Benfield's acquisition of North East Audi and Ford Sunderland, Gibber have been working with the North East's largest motor group to communicate its clear vision and values to its 350 newest colleagues. 

The 6 events spread across;  St James Park Newcastle, The Stadium of Light Sunderland and Emirates Durham International Cricket Ground, were a repeat of the original sessions that Gibber delivered for all Benfield staff in 2010 for the launch of the companies new vision; 

“It was great to work with Tim and the Gibber team again, especially as it was mostly the same actors who delivered our events first time round. This meant that we were able to just pick up where we left off two years ago following only a couple of brief meetings to give and update on changes.

Our vision at Benfield is to be a ‘world class’ motor retailer delivering the best customer experience in a fun and expert way, and Gibber have certainly been instrumental in helping us to launch this to our colleagues. These launch events were a huge success and the discussions and feedback collected by Gibber at the events had a significant and positive impact on the success and implementation of this change in culture for the group. The Benfield Directors listened to the feedback that Gibber presented to them and where necessary acted on it and made changes. As a result and following the introduction of the new customer service standards Benfield have seen staff motivation and morale grow and customer satisfaction scores increase across the group.

In an informal, relaxed, fun environment the Gibber team were able to challenge the participants to look at what it actually means to 'Be Benfield'. Through interactive exercises, scripted scenarios and discussion the sessions explored  the background to the new vision and core values, highlighted the need to change and discussed the way forward.
