About Safer Internet Day

Safer Internet Day 2018 takes place on Tuesday 6th February. This global annual event celebrates promotion of the safe and positive use of digital technology for children and young people. As well as inspire a national conversation.

The slogan for this year’s Safer Internet Day is “Create, Connect and Share Respect: A better internet starts with you”.

Get involved

Everyone has a role to play to help ensure that the internet is a great and safe place for children and young people. Gibber will be joining hundreds of organisations to promote the responsible and positive use of digital technology to create a better internet. Using our social networks to support Safer Internet Day 2018 and reinforce the key theme.
