Gibber strongly believe that for an event to be effective it needs to be enjoyable. Competent, creative and dynamic - Gibber will work in partnership with you to develop a bespoke event programme that uses a combination of traditional delivery methods and our own drama for development techniques:

Facilitation
Gibber delivery staff have exceptional facilitation skills. With a fantastic ability to summarise and capture the mood of your audience, we provoke discussion, challenge misconceptions and inspire an attitude to change.

Humour
Gibber delivery staff encourages the audience to laugh at themselves. Experience has taught us that if you can make delegates laugh they quickly open up to the information you are presenting and are more likely to retain it.

Music
A parody song to break the ice, introduce a bit of fun and entertain, which will leave delegates feeling relaxed, motivated and with a smile on their face!

Scripted Scenarios
Gibber’s delivery staff present scripted scenarios – peppered with humour - to demonstrate identified issues and stimulate debate around effective solutions.

Forum Theatre
Using the improvisational expertise of our delivery staff the client is encouraged to direct the scenario presented generating ideas that will impact upon outcomes of the scenario. Working in this way enables us to stop, start, fast forward, rewind or simply start again to explore effective solutions. The section concludes with a discussion, sharing experience and expertise that will reflect upon worst/best practice.
