Format: Full day facilitated event with live scenarios and DVD

Brief
To design, develop and deliver a bespoke learning and development activity, to include a filmed case study that would be incorporated into a bespoke live event facilitating up to 100 participants that would be engaging, provoking and fun.

The DVD will support multi agency practitioners currently working across the children and young people’s workforce in Gateshead. The DVD will centre on embedding the integrated working aspect of the Every Child Matters agenda and supporting practitioners through a period of change, enabling practitioners to embrace a different way of working together to improve outcomes for children, young people and families.

Results
The live event, facilitated entirely by Gibber was interactive, thought provoking and a lot of fun - an outstanding example of using drama as an effective learning medium. The feedback from participants was entirely positive:

The DVD is being utilised by Gateshead Council and partners in a variety of learning activities across the children and young people’s workforce.
