Overview
QLD based Be Social. Be Smart approached us to work with them to develop and deliver a school based careers presentation. The aim is to engage and inform students about the enormous opportunities they can create for themselves when using social media positively, purposefully and proactively.
Solution
Taking the research, key themes and objectives we put together a script that uses a mixture of humour, video, interaction and real stories to engage and inspire students in years 10-12. This 45-minute presentation educates students on how to turn their education, experience and achievements into an online profile that will help them build a successful career.

Senior students are moving from childhood, where it is important to keep social media private, to the adult world where it is highly beneficial to build and maintain a positive public profile online. ‘Making Social Media Work for Work’ helps to make sense of this transition and explores the benefits of creating a personal brand online.

For the remainder of 2020, we are offering schools the opportunity to watch our presentation online with access for up to 500 students (in place of the usual 200) but still at our normal fee of $950. This will allow multiple year levels access for the price of one presentation.
